COVID-19 Auction Update
Given the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a number of changes to our operations in order to better and more safely serve our customers and ensure the safety of our staff; these changes are summarized below. We would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding as we adapt to this ever-changing situation as best we can.
Regarding live, in-person auctions:
- If you are not feeling well or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, stay home.
- Face masks covering the nose and mouth will be required at all times (except when seated) per CDC guidelines. Hand sanitizer will be available. Social distancing is a must.
- Seating will be available solely on a reservation basis. Seats will be spaced to comply with social distancing guidelines (except in the case of seats specifically reserved together for multiple persons from the same household). Call us at (603) 736-9240 to reserve seats.
- Attendees without reserved seats will be required to social distance in the remaining space at the back of or outside the tent.
- Auction preview will take place an hour and a half before the auction.
- Absentee/left bids will be accepted. Absentee bid forms can be filled out at the time of preview. Please note that there will NOT be phone or internet bidding for live, in-person auctions.
- Out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our patrons and staff, auctions will NOT be catered. Feel free to bring a lunch or snacks (no alcohol allowed).
Other changes:
- Credit cards will be accepted. The buyer's premium will be 18% for credit cards, 15% for cash or good check.
